• After 06 hours, cancellations may not be guaranteed as we begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered, following our Return Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Refund Process
• If the cancellation request is successful, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• If the order has been shipped, any refund will be subject to our Return Policy once the product is returned in its original condition.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Certain orders are non-cancellable due to the nature of the products:
• Custom or personalized items.
• Perishable goods
• Sale or clearance items.
5. Shipping Cancellations
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return it once it arrives following our Return Policy. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
